Auto Assign feature in Dynamic scheduling is not able to assign work order task to an agent.Issue When the auto assignment feature is on and a task is qualified or designated as ready for work, an appropriate agent is automatically assigned to the job, which causes it to shift to the Assigned state. The problem is that the auto assign feature for one of the work order tasks isn't functioning, preventing the agent from being allocated to the assignment. Error: no user is present in the specified time. Steps to reproduce: Navigate to Work order taskClick on the Auto Assign buttonAn error is displayed that no user is present in the specified time CauseDue to the Location and Skills defined in work order and work order tasks Location: The location's latitude and longitude are missing, making it impossible to determine how far the agent is from the location of the work order task. Skill Defined: The configuration is provided to assign tasks based on all skills in the field service configuration, but no users from the assignment group have all the abilities that correspond to those described in the work order or work order job.ResolutionFollow the below steps to resolve the issue: Add Latitude and Longitude to the location which is present in the work order task.Make sure at least one user from the assignment group has all the skills mentioned in the work order/work order task.If all skills are not required then need to change the assignment configuration for field service to some skills or none based on the requirement.
