New item creation modal window still shows content after closing below the grid in backlog page Description In the new UIB framework layout system, after a modal window is closed, its content is still shown at the bottom of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Install Alignment workspace apps including sn=breakdown-grid 2 - Create planning hierarchy and planning org 3 - Navigate to alignment planner workspace 4 - Switch to Backlog menu 5 - Click on new item button and close the modal dialog or create a new item 6 - Scroll down the page
