ResolutionNavigate to sys_cs_live_agent_setup table -> If there is more than 1 record available in the above table add a column called domain -> If there is more than one record for the same domain take a backup and delete the custom records and there should be only one record called chat setup which is the OOB record. -> Do a cache.do and try to reproduce the issue.
