Embedded list control label is not translated and not prefixed as "MSG" Description Embedded list control label is not translated as configured in sys_ui_message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the I18N Japanese language plugin. 2. Switch to Japanese language and enable I18N Debugging, perform cache.do to clear the instance cache. 3. Navigate to any form containing an embedded list control which has the label translated in sys_ui_message, for example: sys_email form. 4. Check the embedded list label, for sys_email: "Originating Event and Notification". The label is not prefixed as "MSG" and translated as defined in sys_ui_message, for sys_email: "元のイベントおよび通知".
