Theme tile in preferences does not show in Next Experience

Themes tile is not showing in Preferences after enabling Dark Theme in Polaris/Next Experience

There are several reasons for the theme tile to not show up:

The user preference glide.ui.polaris.use should is meant to exist as a global user preference Navigate to user preference and select new Fill in the fields with the following values: name = glide.ui.polaris.use type = string system = checked user = none value = true glide.ui.polaris.use can be added at a per-user level as long as there are no duplicates with the same value There should not be duplicate "glide.ui.polaris.use" user preferences with an empty User field. Delete the duplicate records. The system property glide.ui.polaris.theme.custom should not have a blank "value" field.
