Localization / Translation prefix is not displayed for section and sub-section headings in UI builder config properties Description In UI Builder, the Localisation / Translation prefix is not displayed for section headings and also for Sub-section headings under config properties. This is due to a current limitation with the config layout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Localisation. 2. Create a new UI builder page. 3. Add any component (e.g. now code editor, data visualisation component) to the page. 4. Verify the component configuration properties. Config property sections and sub-sections headings are not displayed with localization prefix MSG.
