Reports - Accessibility - NVDA browse mode does not read inside section on Report creation page but only reads 'application' Description On the Report creation/update page the sharing icon, Save buttons and Run button are contained within an HTML element with the "application" role. In NVDA browse mode only the containing HTML element is read while the elements within it are not.

Steps to Reproduce

Screenreader+ Browser>NVDA+Edge chromium Browse mode> Insert+space+ down arrow key 1. Log into instance as admin user 2. Select Interaction > All from the application navigator 3. Navigate to "Column options" hamburger menu next to table header cell 'Number' and select "Bar chart" 4. Turn on NVDA Browse mode 5. Navigate to HTML heading level 1 "Create a report" 6. Verify next down arrow will land on "Sharing" icon
