In San Diego with Polaris active it will show a UI with no filterAlso, when we search with a few keywords in global search there will be a list of matching records displayed, If we search for Knowledge we can see a hyperlink option to view all records (example - View all Knowledge & Catalog - Knowledge) when we right-click on that hyperlink and click on the open link in new TAB we can see a blank page. Please find the screenshot for reference.Steps to Reproduce STR;As any end user (maint or admin can reproduce as well) in an instance with Polaris active 1. global search for "windows" - if no data just add "windows" to the short description of any incident2. Note the results shown. Then click "view all matches" link from any of the search group results. - Note that in San Diego it shows as a UI and not a list with filters. In Rome it shows a list with filters.or, 1. Hop to instance - any San Diego instance where Polaris is enabled2. Search for a keyword in the global search (top right side)3.
