HAM: Bulk Transfer: Bulk Update - Fields lack names Description Voice over can not read the field names in the "Bulk Transfer" form of Transfer order lines.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable screen reader

2. Navigate to Inventory > Transfer Orders > Transfer Orders

3. Open any Transfer Order currently progress

4. Select "Bulk Update" ui action on Transfer order lines related list

5. Set stage to "In transit"

6. Shift focus to the ship date or vendor fields
