In Virtual agent Dashboard, conversation type widget shows incorrect number of conversationsIssue In the Virtual Agent dashboard users tab. The graph shows incorrect results of conversations. If you filter by the same in sys_cs_conversation you should get the same amount. If a user compares the conversation type widget it shows a different amount of conversations. ReleaseSan DiegoCauseThis is working s expected. In the usage tab, we are showing 3 types of conversations:1. VA only2. VA to LA3. LA only There is a fourth category however known as 'Never Engaged'.It was the decision of the Product Management Team to not show the conversations that have not been engaged with as it is of no value. Thus the number of conversations will not be equal to the sum of conversation types.ResolutionThis is expected. Now if the customer wants these other type of conversations as well, we have a workaround available. You may go to the Edit section of the dashboard:VA Dashboard -> Edit -> Usage Page -> Click on the conversation type graph -> Edit the data source -> Remove the condition of 'Property value != Never Engaged'
