Open/Close Modal event mapping has no field to select modal - Known Error

Open/Close Modal event mapping has no field to select modal Description When a user in UI Builder goes to add an Open/Close Modal event mapping to a component and no modals are present on the page, the modal selection drop-down will not display in the event mapping pane.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any UIB page 2. Add a modal say Custom 3. Click on body element and add a new event mappings : On page ready -> Open or close modal 4. With modal selected as 'custom_1' 5. Save the page 6. Delete the modal custom_1 7. Select the body element and click on the event mapping card between page ready and open or close modal

Workaround To make the modal selection dropdown appear in the event mapping, simply add a modal to the page and the dropdown will become visible again.
