Preconditions: Install below plugins

1. Guided Decisions - Guidance 2. sn-component-guidance-experience 3. Recommended Actions 4. sn-next-best-action-list

Steps to reproduce: 1. As NBA author creats rule context, rules and recommendations. 2. Create any case which matches rule conditions. 3.As agent, open same case and see list of recommendations. 4.Change any fields of case record and save it or act on any recommendations.

Expected : Activity stream should only show relevant information of user activity.

Actual result: Activity stream showing some sysid of incident and guidance input.

Workaround We can disable relationship changes from activity stream by editing system property glide.ui.incident_activity.fields
