Request state remains Open and active= true even if the RITM state is closed incomplete / closed skipped Description When trying to Close Incomplete or Close Skipped the RITM then the Request state remains Open and the Active status true.

Steps to Reproduce

Submit a request in a service catalog. For example: Service Catalog > Hardware > Standard Laptop (In an OOB instance: https:// .service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do%3Fv%3D1%26sysparm_id%3D04b7e94b4f7b4200086eeed18110c7fd) Approve the request > Open the RITM Change the state to Closed Skipped

- Expected: The flow should complete the "Ask for Approval" action - Actual: The flow is stuck at the "Ask for Approval" action

The Request's Active status remains true and State remains Open Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
