Steps to Reproduce

1 - Navigate to one of the recent records: cases, recent phone call, recent viewed articles, contractssold products, recent sms conversation, recent work order, etc. 2 - Open the 'list actions' gear. Notice the List Actions are relying on tooltip text as button name, instead of having a button label defined explicitly. 3 - Navigate to Recent Cases tables inspect. Notice there is a hidden button with no label opening a filter by popup.
