CQE WCAG issue: SW License Usage page is unusable at 200% zoom Description Publisher cards on SW License Usage page can not be used at 200% browser zoom.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the browser zoom level to 200%. 2. Open the Software Asset Workspace. 3. Select License Usage. 4. Scan the page. Note that it is not possible to reach about half of the publisher cards.
