The HR service drop down in transfer case in HR workspace doesn't group the services by COE like it does in base platformDescriptionIf you transfer case in the base platform the HR services are grouped by their COE. If you do the same in HR agent workspace you just get an unsorted list of HR services.Steps to Reproduce 1. On HR case in base platform (not workspace), click the hamburbger icon to transfer case, on the popup, the HR service selection groups the services by COE's.2. On HR case in HR agent workspace, click the ellipse to transfer case, on the popup, the HR service selection does not group the services by COE's.WorkaroundThis is a limitation in the application. There’s no code workaround since this requires a component change. Possible workaround is to check the HR service field in the case creation page to find out which COE an HR service belongs to. An enhancement to group HR service by COE's for transfer case is in the product roadmap.Related Problem: PRB1492698
