Approver has access to the RITM record but cannot add rejection notes Description Approving user is not able to comment on the RITM request while rejecting it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a RITM request and give read access to the approver to view the request e.g add them to watch list 2. Impersonate as approver and navigate to todos page Actual: Error comes up Expected: No error should come up and action should be visible

Workaround In order to add rejection comments on a RITM record, the approving user should have one of the following roles as per the sc_req_item table ACLs.

1. itil

2. sn_request_write

3. business_stakeholder (works from the San Diego release onwards)
