AI Search or Now Assist QnA Genius Results are not displayed in portalIssue Genius Results from both normal AI Search or Now Assist QnA configured for the search profile is not displayed in portal, even though Search Preview shows the resultsCauseCause 1: EVAM view configs is not defined for the search profile. Search Preview was showing the genius result because EVAM configs are not applied in Search Preview UI. OR, Cause 2: System Property glide.servlet.uri is set to instance name instead of entire url of instance ex. https://<INSTANCENAME>.servicenow.comResolutionFix for Cause 1: 1.Once the AI search Genius Result configuration is done to display results in service portal EVAM view config is needed. 2.Navigate to portal record under which Genius Results should be displayed.In portal record we see "Search Results Configuration" open that record. 3.In the EVAM definition record we will have EVAM view config Bundle M2M's.Open the record and create the new EVAM for the genius result. Define an EVAM view configuration 4.Once the EVAM view config record is created for genius result we can see genius cards displayed in portal. Fix for Cause 2: 1. Update the value field of system property glide.servlet.uri to https://<INSTANCENAME>.servicenow.com instead of just instance name.
