Create a trigger for non actionable notifications to be sent to ITIL user when a new incident is created.2. Login as ITIL user and open web client. Wait for VA welcome messages to be displayed.3. From another session create an incident. A notification must be triggered for ITIL user.4. On web client, notification arrives. "End Conversation" UI action becomes active.Actual result: After the notification is displayed, bot messages are received again.If the requestor clicks on the Ends conversation UI action, the conversation does not end and bot messages are displayed again.Expected result: Bot messages must not be displayed again.
