Cause ' Show valid states values ' Out of the box (OOB) client script is overriding State models written on change type conditions

Resolution Perform the steps below to resolve the issue

Open Client scripts from navigator Search for 'Show valid states values' OOB client script Inactive the client script Now ' State ' field options on change_request table will display options based on conditions written on state model
