Getting file size error while importing Knowledge Base article - Support and Troubleshooting

Getting file size error while importing Knowledge Base article Issue Error message " file size exceeds allowable limit " appears when attempting to import an article using a Word document. File size is 80MB, although the settings allows for 1024MB

Cause In system properties ,' glide.knowman.import.max_document_size ' value is set 30 , which will not allow to import the file which is having 80MB of size

Resolution Perform the steps below to resolve the issue:

Open ' sys_properties.LIST ' from Navigator Select ' glide.knowman.import.max_document_size ' Change the ' value ' from 30 to 100 and update
