Agent Client Collector Discovery of Windows uses Baseboard Serial Number by default, instead of BIOS as regular Discovery. Description At present with the Agent client collector discovery only the Baseboard serial number type is used for mapping the serial number details to the machine. In many cases the baseboard serial number changes when the board is exchanged while the chassis or system serial number does not. Hence there needs to be an option to map the system or chassis serial number for the machines getting discovered through the Agent Client Collector discovery. Steps to Reproduce

1)Install ACC on a Windows machine which has the baseboard, chassis and the system serial number configured 2)Run discovery on the host 3)In the Host record created in the cmdb it is always the baseboard serial number which is getting mapped for the serial number attribute. Workaround This problem has been fixed. Fix is included in the Agent Client Collector Framework application version released on August 2022.
