Users seeing blank screen after clicking on Attachment imageIssue When specific users are opening up RITM and clicking on Attachment Variable to download the image, you are taken to a blank screen. You can run the Security Debugger to see if any ACLs fail on the Attachment table. If they do you can create a table level ACL on the Attachment table and set it to public. If the User can now see the Image then the issue is an ACL restriction and the customer can customize the ACL to allow whatever roles or groups they wish to see these Attachments.
