Import Message from Microsoft Teams Action Displays HTML Tags in Work NotesIssue When using the Import message from Microsoft Teams UI action, the conversation history is not added correctly to the Work notes. Instead, the imported history contains HTML tags. Release All Cause The issue occurs when the system property glide.ui.security.allow_codetag is set to false. This property controls support for rendering HTML content enclosed within the [code] tag in journal fields. When the property is set to false, HTML content is encoded rather than rendered, which can result in HTML tags being displayed in Work notes. Resolution Set the system property glide.ui.security.allow_codetag to true. After enabling this property, the Import message from Microsoft Teams UI action can properly process the conversation history without displaying the HTML tags. Important Note on Platform Security The system property glide.ui.security.codetag.allow_script must remain set to false. The glide.ui.security.allow_codetag property can be safely enabled when glide.ui.security.codetag.allow_script remains set to false. This prevents script execution through the [code] tag while allowing the required HTML code embedding functionality. Therefore, ensure that glide.ui.security.codetag.allow_script = false is maintained when enabling glide.ui.security.allow_codetag. Related Links Disable JavaScript tags in embedded HTML
