Agent Workspace the list actions visibility set up Summary On the Agent Workspace, there are several list modules which are referring to the same table and in one of the list the set action assignments(Workspace sub list item) need to be hidden from users.

For example:

In Agent workspace if we go to lists --> Problems --> we have "Resolved". To hide this follow below steps:

1) Hop to the instance and go to "Agent workspace"

2) Click on right top corner dropdown --> Configure workspace.

3) Under related list "Workspace lists" --> Open the list item which you want to hide as per specific role.

4) Now under roles add required roles.

NOTE: "Admin" users can view the list item even if you add specific role.
