Wait until the work item is timed out.4. Click the Accept button. Fix verification steps:1. Start the chat from the requester side2. On the agent side after confirming the work item card shows up, go to the chrome performance tab and set the network throughput to 1kbps and CPU throttle to 6X slow3. Wait for the work item to count down to 5 seconds and click the accept button4.
