Delete option from drop down on List view of a CMDB table is greyed out for Non Admin Users Summary ########### THIS IS RELATED TO CUSTOMIZATION ###########

Non Admin is NOT able to Delete CI from List view of CMDb table. But can Delete it for CI form view.

This is User with cmdb_admin and itil role (but NOT admin).

[-] Delete UI action is edited to have condition to check for user to have cmdb_admin role to allow Delete. This lets users to access Delete Button from form view. See image below

[-] Admin can view this option on List view is due to another Delete UI action which is related to Generic Delete action on platform. This is under Delete UI action on table = Global. https:// /nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=75a1fcce0a0a0b3400d6ed99cf8a87e0 Edit condition on this as second alternative, but above step is better approach.
