In compatibility mode (com.snc.change_management.change_model.type_compatibility- true), model field is empty on standard change recordIssue We are trying to implement Change Model and Flows into our environment. While creating standard changes through the templates, it doesn't update the "Model" field in the change ticket or work as per the change model. Is it working as per OOB (out-of-box)? Should any changes be done in order to make it work on the change model?CauseThis is expected behavior.ResolutionThe behavior you are experiencing is as per the design. Due to underlying design complexity, the standard changes in the compatibility mode still follow the old way of working. If you would like to use models for standard changes as well, then you need to set the compatibility mode to false and navigate to New Model UI landing page.
