New fields added to teh template form are not reflecting on the template modal in San Diego version Issue When creating a new template from a record, the template modal does not display the new fields configured on the 'sys_template' form in the default view.

Cause From the San Diego version, the template fields should be updated on the 'Template Modal' view to reflect the changes in the template context modal form.

Resolution 1. Configure the 'sys_template' form

2. Change the view to 'Template Modal'

3. Select the required fields and Save
