Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisute: a. Install VA, Agent chat and dependent plugins b. Install NowMobile app on any mobile device. It can be iOS or Android

1. Follow the process below to add the chat option on NowMobile https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-mobile/page/administer/mobile-employee/task/va-in-me.html 2. Change the repeat interval of the 'Time Out Abandoned VA Conversations' scheduled to 1 min for testing 3. Add a system property com.glide.cs.conversation_idle_timeout (if not present), and set it to 90 (1.5 min, for testing) 4. Login to Now Mobile 5. From actions, select chat 6. Enter some random text and enter 7. Wait for 1.5 min

Expected: The conversation should get faulted Actual: It is still in open state, and not getting closed
