Steps to Reproduce

1. Access https:// .service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=incident 2. Date field named as "Resolved" does not have the date format.

Actual Result:

Placeholder text explaining the format of date to be entered is not defined for the field.

Expected Result:

Placeholder text explaining the format of the date such as "mm/dd/yyyy" should be present.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
