Issue: Unable to change the Chat Header Logo for 'EC Branding'

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequesite. Required following plugin in the instance: sn_hr_sp EC Branding 3d1da2705b021200a4656ede91f91ab6

>Hop into your any OOB rome instance (ex. itsromeka) >Navigate to conversation interface -> branding and chat menu >Open EC Branding and check the field "Chat Header Logo"

Actual behaviour: There is update/delete not showing to modify the logo, (i.e this is not the case with Default branding) Expected behaviour: We need similar feature in 'default branding' present to modify the chat header logo Screenshot attached.

Workaround This is happening because the 2 records for branding, "Default Branding" and "EC Branding" are using the same image attachment(now-logo.png) for their chat logo.

If both "EC Branding" and "Default Branding" are associated with different attachments for their chat logo, and we see that the "Update" and "Delete" buttons show up for "EC Branding". If both branding records are to use the same logo, then duplicate attachments should be used.
