OpenFrame window cannot be placed on top of pinned menu in Polaris UI. - Known Error

OpenFrame window cannot be placed on top of pinned menu in Polaris UI. Description OpenFrame window cannot be placed on top of pinned menu in Polaris UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into Sandiego instance and install openframe plugin 2. Navigate to Openframe >> Configurations and create new. [https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service-management/task/t_CreateAnOpenFrameConfiguration.html] 3. Open application menus by clicking 'All' in top left and pin all the menus. This will keep navigatir filter open. 4. From header in top right, click the phone icon, it will open openframe window 5. Try to drag and place openframe window on top of pinned menus

Actual behvaior: Openframe window does not stay on top of pinned menus

Expected Behavior: Openframe window should stay on top of pinned menus

Workaround This is expected behavior and by design The Openframe window should not stay on top of pinned menus.
