Steps to Reproduce

Create a Project with "Execution type = Hybrid" 2. Create an Agile Phase for that Project 3. Create 2 Stories for that Agile Phase 4. Set Story 1 to Complete 5. Set the "Project Phase" Field of Story 2 to (empty) 6. See that Story 2 gets automatically set to "Complete" when it should not Expected Behaviour: Story 2 stays in it's Current State Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
