Multiple License Usage Records are created when ITOM plugins are installed after 'ServiceNow ITOM SU Licensing Store' app installation.DescriptionITOM licensing which was earlier part of the family release has been migrated to the 'ServiceNow ITOM SU Licensing' store app released in Feb 2022 (version 1.0.6). ServiceNow identified a defect where multiple license usage records are created when new ITOM plugins (that are part of Visibility, Health and Optimization) are installed after this new store app installation.Steps to Reproduce - Install Discovery Plugin- Install the latest version of the ‘ServiceNow ITOM SU Licensing' app from the store.- Visibility and Aggregator licensing scheduled jobs part of the family release are disabled and their corresponding entries are removed from the scheduler (sys_trigger).- Install any new ITOM plugins that are part of ITOM Health or ITOM Optimization. Expected Result: Licensing Scheduled jobs that are related to new ITOM plugins installed, which were part of earlier Family Release are disabled and their corresponding entries are removed from the scheduler (sys_trigger). Actual Result: Scheduled jobs are active and corresponding entries are present in the scheduler (sys_trigger) thus causing multiple license usage records.WorkaroundCustomers can upgrade to San Diego Patch 4 which fixes this issue or can go to the KB article KB1122885 and apply the 3 update sets mentioned in the KB.
