See the below example: A booking is made in Production Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) for Room Tame 1.1 at 17:00 – 18:00 25/04/2022. Reference WRES0440754 Exchange OnlineThe reservation time is incorrect in Exchange Online (now displaying 16:00 – 17:00) Outlook clientThe reservation time is incorrect in Exchange Online (now displaying 16:00 – 17:00), as above.CauseThe system property "sn_wsd_rsvsync.use_user_default_tz" was set to "false" Property is installed with "Workplace Calendar Synchronization" (sn_wsd_rsvsync) application: https://instance_name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=776ddce3c3b32010e272a2ceea40ddf0ResolutionThe issue was resolved by setting the system property "sn_wsd_rsvsync.use_user_default_tz" to "true". This will overwrite the timezone to the timezone assigned to the users profile. Note:The setting will only work for new and updated reservations.
