Log into the OOB instance (Rome/San Diego)Go to Virtual Agent DesignerOpen any OOB Topic (Ex: Create Case, Catalog builder preview etc..)Go to Properties TabClick on the Pencil icon next to 'Additional channel support'Notice there are no values displayed in the 'Additional channel support' popup for the user to select.ResolutionIn order for a channel to display in this list, it should exist in the sys_cs_channel table where "Opted in all topics by default" should be set to false, "type" should be Chat and a record for this channel should exist in the sys_cs_provider table.
