If the column and row in a Multilevel Pivot report reference the same field, when the values are different, the Count is correct, but the value does not appear within the pivot tableDescriptionIf the selected column and row in a Multilevel Pivot report reference the same field on different records (for example, on a report against incident_task, Selected columns: Assignment Group.Manager; Selected row: Incident.Assignment Group. Manager), when the values are different, the total Count at the bottom of the MLP is correct, but the count does not appear within the pivot table. Only when the values match will the count appear within the pivot table.Steps to Reproduce 1. Select two different groups (sys_user_group), and give each a different manager2. Create a new incident_task:__Incident: pick any__Assignment Group: pick one of the groups from Step 13. For the incident chosen in step 2, give it the other assignment group from Step 1 (the incident and incident_task should now have different assignment groups)4. Create a Multilevel Pivot report:__Select columns: Incident.Assignment group.Manager__Select rows: Assignment group.Manager5. Run the report and observe that a count of 1 is shown at the bottom, but there is no value within the table6. Update the manager for one of the groups so that it matches that of the other group. Run the report again, and observe that the value now appears.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review and has no workaround.
