When checking the Flow Context for the Task SLA you are seeing the following Error: Percentage is mandatory and must be filled inCauseThis is happening because the "Wait for SLA Duration" Action in the "Default SLA flow" Flow is missing it's value. Since the Flow cannot identify the Percentage Value then it is hitting an Error which prevents the entire Flow from executing. The most probable cause for this is due to Update Set Issues when moving the Flow between instances.ResolutionPlease update the "Default SLA flow" Flow to ensure that all values are populated as expected in the Actions. (Specifically the "Wait for SLA Duration" Action in this scenario) Then to prevent the issue in future you must ensure that you transfer the Flow properly between instances. We would recommend to create a New Update Set for the Flow and to Publish the Flow in the Update Set and also perform some testing after the transfer to ensure everything is working as expected.
