Lifecycle event cases are getting stuck and unable to resume them with Resume Case or Timer functionalityDescriptionLifecycle event cases are getting stuck and unable to resume them with Resume Case or Timer functionalitySteps to Reproduce One way to get the Lifecycle event cases to get stuck 1. create LE event that has two activity sets2. make 1st activity set to be triggered immediately3. make the 2nd activity set be triggered when the state of the corresponding case from the LE event moves to WIP4. make the evaluation interval for the activity Set workflow to be 1 minute5. create new HR case from the LE event6. wait for sometime and move the case to WIP Expected behavior: WF should not get cancelled and Lifecycle event cases should not get stuck Actual behavior: - observe that the 2nd activity set will not get triggered, the tasks in 2nd activity set are not created. Look at the WF context to see it got cancelledWorkaroundPlease import "wf_workflow_dd2114f2fb1030101d696a75217069ad.xml" as a workaround from any list. If you already have existing cases in which some activities set are stuck please follow these steps after importing the workflow mentioned above1. Move the HR case back to any state other than Closed, cancelled or resended state2. Once its in a working state the UI action "Resume Case" would show up, Click on it and now all the activities will get triggered if the conditions are metPlease Note:For the Resume Case UI action to work other than importing the workflow1. The Case needs to be in a working state not closed (3,4,7,202)2. The activities needs to be errored out to get the workflow retriggeredOther than this the conditions defined on the trigger conditions should be satisfied This issue is already fixed in San Diego version of ServiceNowRelated Problem: PRB1530323
