Flow dropdown menu choices are cut off in IE11 - Known Error

Flow dropdown menu choices are cut off in IE11 Description Trying to edit the type of a flow variable on a list cuts off the choices and users are unable to see the full contents of the dropdown menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Create a subflow. 2 - Create a flow variable. 3 - Edit the type of the flow variable on the list. The choice list is cut off and the dropdown menu items can not be seen.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

The workaround is to create superfluous flow variables beneath the variable such that the flow variables modal window increases in height. Doing so will allow the dropdown menu to appear fully, rather than be cut off. After a user has made a selection on their intended variable's type dropdown menu, the extra flow variables can be deleted.
