When the on-hold field is set to false the state field becomes editable and all states are shown - Known Error

When the on-hold field is set to false the state field becomes editable and all states are shown Description When the on-hold checkbox is set to false the state field is made editable, showing all states rather than a subset based on the model.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Normal Change, set the assignment group Request approval for the change Set the on hold and on hold reason fields and save Now untick the on hold field

Note that the state field is now editable

Actual: all state options are shown Expected: state options should be restricted to New, Assess, Canceled

Workaround Please import the attached client scripts to apply the workaround for this issue, with these 3 client scripts imported to your instance you can disable the following UI Policy "Read only - State": /sys_ui_policy.do?sys_id=ca7c48b3cb100200d71cb9c0c24c9c59

As always thoroughly test this workaround on a sub-production environment before introducing to production.
