Unable to Edit Conditional Class in IntegrationHub ETLIssue Customers are sometimes unable to change a conditional class in IntegrationHUB ETL. When a class is deactivateed ( For example Security Devices) and try to add a new conditional class the Save button is greyed out and not clickable. Example screenshot attached: ReleaseAllCauseThe save button is disabled because IHETL doesn't support same classes mapped in multiple conditions. In this particular example, there are two conditions that map to "cmdb_ci_hardware" (hardware) - one elseif and the final else. In this particular mapping, the else if condition that maps to cmdb_ci_hardware with "If u_modelSTARTSWITHMC" seems logically redundant to the functionality. See more details below: Resolutionif there are cases where with multiple conditions where same class has to be mapped, the suggested approach is to use "and"/"or" conditions within the same if/elseif block in or. Additionally, we strongly discourage hand editing the tables directly to change these mapping because it is very error prone. So we always encourage customers to make changes through the IHETL UI.Related LinksFor more information about this feature, please refer to our official documentation page Integrationhub ETL
