ROME: ITIL users (with "template_read_global" ) cannot see the Templates in Workspace without "template_editor_global", but no issue in UI16DescriptionROME: Templates are not visible for ITIL users in the Agent Workspace only, without granting the role: "template_editor_global"- ITIL users (with "template_read_global" ) cannot see the Templates in Workspace without "template_editor_global"Steps to Reproduce Hop to OOTB Rome instance- Open any user profile record (ex: aileen.mottern) by navigating to sys_user.list- From the "Roles" related list , click on "Edit" button and add itil role to the user and remove the rest of the roles and click on Save- Make sure that the User has the role: "template_read_global" ( but not "template_editor_global" role)- From the "Groups" related list, add the group: "Service desk" and click on save- Create a new Template (sys_template.do) for the Incident table and select the group: "Service desk" ( do not check field: "global")- Impersonate to the above user :(ex: aileen.mottern) - Open incident.do or any active incident record from the Incident list- Click on the Toggle Template bar and notice that the new template created above is visible on the Template bar.- Now, go to Agent Workspace, open a new incident form (or) any active incident form- Click on the "Template" icon on the right-hand sideExpected behavior:The newly created Template should be visibleActual behavior:The newly created template is not visibleWorkaroundThe platform is working as expected. template_editor_global role is mandatory and needs to be added to the user profile.Related Problem: PRB1529868
