Log in to the instance.2. In the filter navigator search and open 'Software Asset Workspace'.3. Then click on 'Create Entitlement' using 'Guided step-by-step walkthrough'.4. To the right side, you see the activity tab with default values.a. Display Name >> 'New Entitlement'b. Asset Tag >>c. Metric Group >> 'Common'd. Agreement Type >> 'Generic'e. License Type >> 'Perpetual'f. Unit Cost >> '$0.00'5. Then start filling all the values in the Product details, Entitlement details, Additional details, Review and save the data.6. Even after saving the data with other values, the activity tab still has the default values.7. Observe the Activity tab, the 'start to create' timestamp has fields information(which are default values), but the 'saved' timestamp has no fields information(which should have these information as they are input from customer).WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
