Steps to Reproduce

1. download the localization framework plugin 2. set the system property 'glide.ui.choices.show_missing' to false 3. in the navigator type 'localization framework' 4. select settings 5. create or open 'Catalog item localization' 6. when filling in the mandatory fields Artifact with 'catalog_item' and translator with 'IBM' after saving it does not store the values
