Release San Diego

Cause After an instance with com.glide.ui.$live plugin upgrades to San Diego. The $live_feed.do page does not show as expected. This happens OOB Steps to Reproduce: 1. In a Quebec instance add the - For instance in San Diego cannot activate com.glide.ui.$live plugin 2. Upgrade instance to San Diego 3. go to $live_feed.do 4. make Polaris active by making system property glide.ui.polaris.experience true 5. go to $live_feed.do - notice as maint you are shown "The administrator has restricted access to Live Feed." Expected behavior: To see $live_feeed.do page

Actual behavior: show restricted access error "The administrator has restricted access to Live Feed."

Resolution This is working as expected. We turned off connect and live_feed for Polaris in San Diego.
