Tag column works only when it is ordered after the Number column in knowledge.listDescriptionThe Tag column works only when it is ordered after the Number column in knowledge.list Note: When the Number column is in the first column only that time it will work, irrespective of any user with different roles.You can move the tag from the 2nd column onwards to any other column, it will only work if the Number column is in the first column.Steps to Reproduce Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > All.Create a tag if you don't have one created already.Re-arrange the tag field in different combinations in the list view as shown below and check.- Number, Tags, Knowledge Base > works- Knowledge Base, Tags, Number > does not work- Knowledge Base, Number, Tags > works (but number field goes inactive and cannot be selected)Observe that the Tag field colors disappear. Clicking the tag link now takes you directly to the KB article. The Number field goes inactive and cannot be selected.WorkaroundThis is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.Related Problem: PRB1560027
