Steps to Reproduce

Hop into any instance. Open any topic (navigate to collaboration -> designer) Try opening any existing topic or new topic. Add a 'Text' component and set the Text input format as 'Email'. Then test the topic. Once it's asking for email, enter - test@life.live (which contains 4domains) it will not work throws an error. Later try entering - test@life.liv (with 3 domains it will allow) Workaround This issue is now fixed via PRB1496007 on the Rome version. Please plan your upgrade accordingly to a fixed version.
