Not able to configure the list view on different scope error occurs. Description Issue: Not able to configure the list view on different scope error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

STR 1. Navigae to the table cmdb_ci_business_app while in Global scope. 2. Right-click header > Configure > Related Lists. Notice the lists are not editable because the view is in the Application Portfolio Management. 3. Switch to Application Portfolio Management application scope. 4. Attempt to edit the lists -> List Layout and save the change. Observe the error "Invalid 'Table' selected on the Related List record". Invalid 'Table' selected on the List record. The 'Business Application' table is in application 'Global', but the current application is 'Application Portfolio Management

Workaround This issue is now fixed via PRB1522431 on the Rome version. Please plan your upgrade accordingly to a fixed version.
